Will all of this fit together?

Hi everyone, I'm about to buy this so could someone check over it will all fit? Or if there is a better option in my price point (£160 ish). So if anthings wrong could it please be adapted around the pump. I was not sure what tubing size / fitting size to use.

Would someone also point out what I would need to buy for a drain? Im assuming just a tube splitter and another fitting as well as a end / stopper but Im not sure.
